Food, Nutrition and Beyond
I started the personal chef service in 2003 and the health counselor pratice in 2007, in the Lower Fairfield County. I have offered free seminars about nutrition in my area and in Manhattan at the Consulate of Uruguay, i.e.(sugar addiction, gluten-free diets, cooking basics workshops, etc). I participated as a speaker at the Bi-National Health Week in 2009 with a talk about SAD - Standard American Diet - and the Hispanic Community. I have helped dozens of clients with food and couseling. I am putting together a Facebook profile to spread information to my contacts.
