Description
The Valliant Farmers Market is ideally located on Hwy. 70. by the railroad track. Produce is 90% locally grown. Valliant is home of the Valliant Watermelon Festival and area watermelon and cantelope are a market favorite. The Association has monthly 3rd Wednesday 3 p.m. meetings at Peggy's Cafe. Members enjoy regular fellowships as well. Our fruits and vegetables come to the market fresh from the patch for your kitchen. On site growers and/or employees are available Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. til 3 p.m. and sometimes later during melon season. The Market is also a McCurtain vCounty Tourism stop for area information.
June-September, Valliant Farmers' Market Hwy. 70 West at Railroad Tracks 9 a.m. til 3 p.m. Longer during melon season.
