Description

State Street Farmer's Market was established in April 1999 as a means of providing local farmers with a location from which they could sell their goods to the public.

State Street Farmer's Market opened in Bristol's old transit center, located at 810 State Street, where the Country Music Mural is located. At the time, there was no permanent building located on the grounds. Vendors and customers had no restroom facilities and no protection from the elements.

State Street Farmer's Market provides a venue for local farmers to share their bounty with the community. You'll find locally-grown fruits and vegetables; homemade jams, jellies, and breads; and handmade arts and crafts by local artisans. If you make it, grow it, bake it, or sow it, you'll find it at State Street Farmers Market!  Help support agriculture in our region. Visit State Street Farmer's Market this weekend!
