The Polk County Tailgate Market is based in Columbus, NC. This market features fresh vegetables, crafts and plants and runs from the first Saturday in April to the weekend before Thanksgiving. The vendors are from Polk County and products include fresh fruits and vegetables, crafts and plants. Over 100 different vendors participate throughout the year and many market days feature community events.
