Visit scenic Pentwater, only steps from beautiful Lake Michigan and pick up dinner at our new Farmers' Market.
Pentwater is a quaint town with many specialty shops and restaurants.
We have organic meats, poultry, eggs, greens, vegetables, and herbs, as well as a plethora of locally grown/baked fruits, vegetables, jams, jellies and desserts. We even have flowers for your table!
In 2010, the Pentwater Farmers' Market will be participants in Michigan's ProjectFRESH.
New This Year: beef and rutabaga pasties, three kinds of pierogies, nut brittle candies, morel and other gourmet wild mushrooms, seasoned sea salts, coffee beans and organic teas.
There is a Kids' Korner with face painting and activities while parents are shopping, as well as local entertainment.
When and Where: June-September, Village Green on Hancock Street, Pentwater, MI, Mondays and Thursdays - 10AM to 2 PM
