In the historic Village of Jefferson in the middle of Ohio's wine country, the farmers' market provides a weekly source of fresh, locally-grown vegetables, fruit, meat, and baked goods in a festival community setting. This producers-only market is seasonal; in 2006, it will be open, rain or shine, on Fridays from noon to 4:00 p.m., from July 14 through October 13. The market is held in the parking lot of the Jefferson Community Center, at the corner of Jefferson and Chestnut Streets, right in the heart of town.
