Description
The Herkimer Farmers’ Market proudly accepts food stamps at our 2-6 pm market in front of Herb Philipson’s. Using a wireless EBT station, recipients are able to swipe their card, just like at the grocery store, and receive wooden tokens accepted by almost all of our vendors. As in the grocery store, SNAP benefits can purchase any food item (excluding ready-to-eat snacks) and bedding plants (herbs, tomato, pepper, broccoli, plants etc.)
