The Hartsdale Farmers Market has been accepted as a WIC market, and eligible families can buy produce and herbs with WIC coupons. WIC is an acronym for, Women, Infants and Children and is a federally funded program run by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets and is part of the Farmers Market Nutrition Program. The program gives eligible people $24.00 in coupons redeemable at participating Farmers Markets with specifically enrolled farmers.

The Hartsdale Farmers’ Market is in its thirteenth season at the Hartsdale Train Station. The market is tentatively scheduled to begin in June and continuing every Saturday through October. The hours of operation are 9:00 am through 2:00 pm.
