Back in Swing For 2010-2011 Season on September 26th. The Certified Farmers Market at Old Town La Quinta featuring fresh produce and fruit grown by local farmers is officially open.

The market is a program of the Palm Springs Cultural Center and will be hosted locally by Old Town La Quinta and the City of La Quinta.

The market in La Quinta will be open every Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Old Town La Quinta. Vendors offering fresh vegetables and fruit (no spray and organic), cut flowers, honey, eggs, nuts, herbs, bread, cheese and plants. A Chef booth will feature cooking demonstrations and recipes using fresh produce from the Market and will be a featured event weekly.

When and Where: September-May, Sundays 8am - 12:30pm, 71800 Main Street, Old Town, La Quinta, California 92253. Opens last week of September and ends for season last Sunday of May. Closed Summers.
