Analiese is a regular monthly guest on WTNH News Channel 8’s Good Morning Connecticut Show and has served as a panel moderator and guest speaker at green food events in Fairfield County. She was recently featured in Every Day with Rachael Ray magazine as a “foodie who makes a difference” in recognition of her current work and many years as a PTA volunteer and leader advocating for better school food.

Paik won the coveted Constant Contact All Star Award 2010 for the high standards of marketing and ongoing audience communication she achieves with the Fairfield Green Food Guide's e-newsletter. FairfieldGreenFoodGuide.com is the recipient of the 2nd place award in the CT Press Club's Best Website 2010 competition.

Analiese holds a Master of Business Administration degree, is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City (ICE), and studied wine at the International Wine Center in New York City where she received a certificate in wine from the UK’s Wine and Spirit Education Trust. Paik is a member of the CT Department of Agriculture's Farm-to-Chef Program where she serves on the advisory board, is a member of Slow Food Metro North, Slow Food USA, Aspetuck Land Trust and CT-NOFA, and is a registered American Farmland Trust and Seafood Watch Advocate.
