Expertise: Swapping costumes instead of shopping for them.

Summary:

Our mission is to introduce creative, fun, affordable, and eco-friendly Halloween events to the community.  We are a non-profit group that offers simple ideas that makes going Green a gradual and affordable process rather than an all-or-nothing plunge. Working in partnership with local organizations and farmers markets we help parents and single adults save money on their Halloween costumes while also donating costumes to homeless kids. 

Los Angeles Costume Swap is a non-profit group whose goal is to help children learn to embrace their imagination and celebrate in ways that is healthy for the planet. We have three goals

1. Show that celebrating Halloween in Green ways is not only just as much fun but more fun than buying disposable trinkets 

2. Help people save money.

3. Donate costumes to homeless children and teenagers
