Summary:

I am a 25 year old mother of 4 beautiful children. I was raised entirely on white sugar, refined, over-processed mass killed, pink slime filled, ammonia washed & veiled "foods" I am trying to make active changes and better decisions in not only my own but the life of my family, however there are many challanges I face. I have a low income and many mouths to feed I recieve & rely apon state assistance (LINk)to feed my family. I don't not possess the knowledge or the resources to gain the knowledge of just exactly what is and isn't truly "green", organic or for that matter despite these things are they safe and healthy? I feel like big business is lying through thier teeth to me and like I have few places to turn away from thier products
