Organization: Mentor Farmers' Market

Summary:

I make my own flour from the organic grains that we grow ( sprouted flour as well) and then make the bread for the market along with a whole host of other things.  I have raised a wide variety of livestock in the past and know a lot about food preservation. I also have a degree in quantity food preparation and restaurant management from years ago.
