Memphis Air Toxics Study - Site Needed

Contact Info
Description
The Shelby County Health Department and University of Memphis are conducting a toxic air pollutant monitoring study in Memphis, funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). One important aspect of this project is to involve the local residents, stakeholders and organizations to address their concerns about air pollution and to raise environmental awareness. We believe this project is of interest to the local public.
Now we are in the recruitment stage. Attached please find a flyer that describes the study and recruitment requirements. We will appreciate it if you can help identify some sites or distribute the flyer to persons and organizations that are interested in air pollution problems in Memphis.
There will also be a stakeholders’ meeting for this study (see this public notice).
