OC Green Market was created because while Orange County is rich in Certified Farmer’s Markets, there are no markets where consumers can purchase eco-conscious products and services in a “one stop shop”. The mission of OC Green Market is not only to provide a location for local merchants to sell a variety of green products and services, but to also raise awareness of holistic, alternative and complimentary medical therapies that consumers may not be aware exist. Education on how to live environmentally friendly and healthy lives will be provided by local non-profit organizations. Kids eco-activities, free health and wellness/green lifestyles classes and music will be part of the festivities as well.
