The Jenkins Clan
Spring greens and salad mixes, kale, beets, radishes, green onions, carrots, turnips, peas, early tomatoes, peppers, okra, eggplant, main crop tomatoes, potatoes, summer squash, cucumbers, cantaloupe, melons, late season tomatoes, winter squash.
The goal of the Jenkins Clan is to raise our children to be productive, responsible adults. One of the ways we are teaching them, is by growing a large garden which the kids help plant, maintain, and harvest. We've gardened in Nampa for 21 years, and are enjoying sharing our bounty with local families. We have CSA Shares available for 2011, and have the first broccoli plants up and growing. We would be happy to have you share in our garden production!
We met many new friends at the Farmer's Market in Nampa the last three years, and hope to renew those acquaintances this season.
We raise our vegetables as naturally as possible - with mostly organic methods. We try to be sustainable so our family can give back to the earth the nutrition we use from it.
