Description

A bountiful box of produce that is in season, from mid June-mid October . We have a large variety of over 100 different vegetables, many are heirloom and heritage. Our focus is freshness and presentation; we flash chill and rinse everything (except tomatoes) and put them into our walk-in cooler (the produce stays fresh longer this way). We grow sustainably, without the use of chemical pesticides or herbicides. A box is good for 2-4 people.

The Farm is an 118 acre farm located up in the hills of Ilion, we produce over 100 varieties of heirloom and colorful vegetables, herbs, and eggs; all grown with organic and sustainable methods. We have a farm stand, CSA and attend farmers markets in Clinton and Cooperstown. We also have a two room Bed & Breakfast with an agritourism element. We do not use chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. NOFA's farmers pledge , Green building practices , Heirloom and standard vegetables , Certified naturally grown , Slow Food members
