Description

Tamarack Hollow Farm
Welcome to Tamarack Hollow Farm in Burlington's New North End. Come visit the farmstand to pick up your raw milk from our happy jersey cows; scratch a cow and drink some milk! While the unpasteurized, non homogenized milk is a meal in itself, you might want something for your next meal... A fresh pastured chicken or maybe a dozen eggs from our pastured raised chickens? Bacon and eggs? We've got all the pork cuts from our heritage breed, pasture raised pigs. Perhaps a salad with all that protein? Pick up a full range of herbs and vegetables as well, from anise hyssop and calico popcorn and heirloom tomatoes and thyme. But no meal is complete without some of our edible flowers. Stop by for a visit to our farmstead on the beautiful Winooski River and bring a fresh meal home. Or visit us at the Burlington Farmer's Market.

Our Full Plate Farm Share provides you with free range pork, eggs, and chicken, organic vegetables, fresh raw milk, and you pick flowers. Three different shares allow you to choose the amount you receive each week- shares start at $800 for 25 weeks! All grown on our farm with love.
