Sylvan Meadows Farm offers 100% grass-fed Beef, 100% grass-fed Lamb and authentic pastured Pork. These are available in custom-processed bulk quantities, in sampler boxes and by the individual retail cut. We never use any hormones, antibiotics, checmical, herbicides or pesticides in raising our meats or on the farm. Heritage breeds are a focus as we search for the breeds that will excell on year-round pasturing with excellent eating qualities and nutrition. We offer our meats & other farm products through our unique CSA (community supported agriculture shares) and we sell at the Dane County Farmer's Market year-round in Madison Wisconsin. We offer buying clubs an opportunity for delivery into the NW suburbs of Chicago.
