Description

CSA Members usually receive from 8 to 15 vegetable items/varieties of produce a week throughout the roughly 20-week growing season. Once a week June through October, you will receive produce, fruits & herbs organically grown on our farm. There are 3 pre-set pick up days; Tue, Thu & Sun. Produce will vary weekly pending on the season. We usually start out with lettuce and greens, move into beans, squash tomatoes then into eggplant, beats and potatoes.

We grow our crops in a sustainable fashion, use certified organic perticieds & fertilizers ONLY when necessary!

Full share option with Sweetwilliam Farm, will generally feed a family of 4 for the week, while a 1/2 share will generally feed two for the week.

We also offer egg shares & bread shares to our members.

Sweetwilliam Farm, located in Upton MA, has expanded its farming operation for the 2008 season while being environmentally conscious. We are taking organic growing to a new level, sustainable agriculture. Our organically grown produce and free-range, Auracana egg business has expanded this year to include Boston restaurants, local super markets, as well as taking on CSA members. Also new is a wonderful three season green house! We are reducing our carbon footprint in our country store too! We take pride in providing top quality food and gifts almost all of which are made in New England. A large selection comes from MA; we even have an Upton corner.
