The Full Plate Collective is a CSA run by three farms and a CSA manager. The three farms are Stick and Stone Farm (just outside Ithaca), Remembrance Farm (in Trumansburg), and Three Swallows Farm and (Danby). Our CSA manager is Katie Church. We have Wednesday pickups at Stick and Stone and Saturday pickups at Three Swallows Farm. There is also a Thursday delivery option for folks in downtown Ithaca. Between our three farms we offer a bountiful and varied share, from spinach, lettuce, peas, and strawberries in June to winter squash, brussels sprouts, leeks, kales, and parsnips in November with lots more in between! Beans, peas, herbs, and flowers are also available for upick at the pickup farms. Several CSA events are planned for this year, including monthly potlucks and the Farmers Ball!

Stick and Stone Farm started on a few acres of rented land in Newfield, NY. It is now 72 acres of land in the Town of Ulysses, between Jacksonville and Ithaca on route 96. We raise 25 acres of certified organic vegetables, flowers and free range chicken eggs. We attend the Ithaca Farmers' Market on Saturdays and Sundays May-November. We wholesale to Ithaca area restaurants and grocery stores. Deliveries are every Monday and Thursday throughout the season. We also sell through two local distributors: Regional Access and Fingerlakes Family Farms. We are founding members of the Full Plate Collective, a three farm CSA that provides fruits and vegetables to more than 500 families in Ithaca, Danby, and Trumanburg.

- Ludgates gourmet farm store
Boxed shares are delivered to the Ludgates cooler Thursday afternoon and are available for pickup until 9 pm. This is a gruop drop off location and is eligible for the gruop delivery discount.

Members pickup their shares Wednesday afternoon between 2pm and 7pm. This pickup point has upick peas, beans, cherry tomatoes, herbs, and flowers. TCAT bus route 21 will stop right at the farm!

Members pick up their shares from 10am-3pm. This pickup site is just off Rte 96B, accessible from the TCAT bus route serving Danby. Upick items will be available as well.
