Description

Over the period of 1 year from your starting date each full share will recieve 1/4 beef, 2 lambs, 1/2 hog, 12 chickens at 1 per month, and 24 dozen eggs at 1 per each delivery. The shares are designed to fit in the freezer space of an average refrigerator being distributed each 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. Members are asked to come to the farm 2 times per year to pick up shares and return them to drop off points in the Kansas City area.

We are a grass based livestock operation selling directly to the public thru a CSA program. We farm organically but are not certified by anyone other than our customers. We raise 100% grass-fed beef and lamb from hair sheep. We also raise hogs outdoors on dirt without anti-biotics or drugs of any kind. We raise laying hens on pasture as well as broiler chickens during the green months of the year.
