 Year Round Vegetables Include: Broccoli Dandelion Beets Cauliflower, Radish, Carrots, Leeks, Spinach, Cabbage, Chard Lettuce, Collard Greens, Onions, Kale Garlic, Cilantro, Shallots, Parsley, and other herbs.

Spring, Summer and Fall crops include: Peas Sweet Peppers: Italias and Bell (red, yellow, orange and green) Mild Peppers: Poblano, Anaheim, Yellow Ungarian Hot Peppers: Jalapeno, Serrano, Yellow Hot, Arbo/Pikin Tomatoe: Heirloom, Marbel, Brandy Wine, Regular Red, Roma and Cherry. Green Beans, Cucumber, Celery, Eggplant: Italia, Indian, Japanese and Chinese (regular). Squash: Zuchini, Yellow, and Mexicana Corn, Potatoes.Spring Summer Fruits include: Strawberry Blackberry Rasberry Watermelon Canteloupe Honeydew Melon Plums .

Ledesma Family Farms dba Splendor Salad is owned and operated by Javier Ledesma originally from Valle de Santiago Guanajuato, MX. He started out growing salad greens and now grows a large variety of vegetables and fruits on different campos located in Hollister, Gustine, and Watsonville, CA.
