Ithaca Organics is a family run farm owned and operated by Trever and Monica Sherman. Our 47 acre production farm neighbors the family organic dairy, Jerry Dell Farm. As third generation farmers, farming is in the blood. Our fruits and vegetables are grown in accordance to strict NOFA, LLC organic farming principles. We are committed to providing quality, nutrient-rich foods while implementing sustainable farming practices.
We offer our fresh produce at local markets and have a CSA. Our CSA is growing since it offers top quality fruits and vegitables. Small and large shares available. Join today!
