Growing Gardens is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of Boulder County residents through environmentally sustainable gardening programs that empower people to experience a direct and deep connection with plants, the land and each other.
Growing Gardens helps people grow their own food by collaborating to build and administer gardens of all shapes and sizes. We teach sustainable growing techniques through programs connected to our gardens, while providing individuals with a successful gardening experience and skills that last a lifetime.
Growing Gardens consists of 7 different programs: Community Gardens, Children's Peace Garden, Cultiva! Youth Project, Horticulture Therapy Program, Fresh Food, Families and Fitness, Education & OUtreach Program and Neighborhood Compost Program.
