Description

In addition to a wide variety of seasonal vegetables, we also grow tree fruit and berries. This usually allows us to split each weeks share between fruit and vegetables. Our members enjoy the balance this provides. We work with IPM advisors in order to provide the highest quality produce in the safest and most sustainable manner.

Easy Pickin's Orchard, Enfield CT, is a family-owned and operated farm featuring a wide array of fruit, vegetables, flowers, and herbs. Since 1992 the farm has been open to the public for Pick-Your-Own. The farm also participates in local farmers markets, and a Community Supported Agriculture program (CSA). Apples, Peaches, Plums, Asian Pears, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Mixed Vegetables, Flowers and Herbs are available seasonally. The farm participates in integrated pest management (IPM), nutrient, and water management programs through the Natural Resources Conservation Service and The University of Connecticut Cooperative Extension Service. These programs aim to limit pesticide use and protect and conserve our soil and water resources.
