Daring Drake Farm is establishing a fruit CSA for the 2010 season. Weekly shares will begin the end ofJune and run 20 consecutive weeks. Weekly pickups will be at the Ithaca Farmer's Market on Tues. or Sat. or at the farm in Ovid on Fridays.

Daring Drake Farm fruit shares may include: Hungarian cherries, Alpine and musk strawberries, Currants (white, red, black), Red & Black raspberries, Gooseberries, Plums (American, Japanese and European varieties), Peaches, Elderberries, Melons, Blueberries, Grapes, Apples, Pears, Quince + additional fruit surprises!

Daring Drake Farm is a small family run fruit orchard with free-range duck eggs. We currently raise a diverse mixture of fruit including currants (black, red, pink), gooseberries, red and black raspberries, blueberries, grapes, plums, peaches, quince, apples, pears and Hungarian cherries. We are a NOFA-NY 'Farmer's Pledge Farm' . Our mixed flock of ducks have complete access to the orchard to forage and play. We are currently developing a hard cidery using traditional European cider apples as well as American heirlooms. Expected first release will be in the spring of 2012. Daring Drake Farm is a family owned orchard with a flock of free range ducks for egg production. The orchard is a diverse mix of fruits including apples, pears, quince, plums, cherries, grapes, raspberries, currants and gooseberries. We use only organically approved measures to produce all of our high quality fruit.We are currently establishing a small cidery for hard cider and perry production. We hope to have a limited release by the spring of 2012. Check back or contact us by email for an update.
