We offer a swap box where the share holder can swap one item they do not care for, and in place take something they like. Early season: summer squashes, lettuce, greens, beets, radishes, peas, spinach, scallions, eggs. Mid season additions: beans, cucumbers, herbs, peppers, eggplant, onions, sweet corn, tomatoes, cantaloupe, carrots. Late season additions: potatoes, winter squashes, pumpkins, cornstalks, gourds.

Colby Farm is a year round operation. In the summer months we run an 18 week CSA beginning in June and running into October. Our farmstand is open early June through November with farm fresh produce from our 30 acres of gardens. We also harvest 350 acres of hay during the summer months, which we deliver and sell locally. In the winter months we import hay and shavings to sell to mainly horse farms, but also construction sites as well as feed stores. In the spring a majority of our piglets are born. We raise 35 breeding stock sows which produce approx. 300 piglets each year. Colby Farm CSA begins the third week in June and runs until the third week in October. We do full share, half share, and individual share.
