Description
Brad's Produce is a full-time farming operation raising fresh produce, greenhouse flowers and grain. In the fall we have hay rides to the pumpkin patch and a corn maze. We have a CSA program which begins in May and continues thru October. Our produce stands are open throughout the summer and we are members of 3 Farmer's Markets. Our CSA program begins in May and runs through October (24 weeks).
Our CSA program runs from May through October. We provide a healthy supply of seasonal fresh vegetables throughout the growing season. This year we have a regular season CSA which runs from mid-May through the end of October. You receive a wide variety of produce from each growing season - spring, summer and fall. A full share is picked up weekly. An example of a regular summer share box is 1 dz ears of corn, 6 tomatoes, 3 green peppers, 1 qt of green beans, 1 qt of squash and zucchini, 6 peaches, 1 lg heirloom tomato and 1 bunch of carrots. A bi-weekly half-share is the same amount of produce as a full-share, but picked up every other week . A weekly half-share is picked up every week with half the amount of produce as a full share each time. We also have an early Spring Share which runs from April 21-May 12. You receive a weekly share of asparagus, spinach, spring mix lettuce, radishes, spring onions, and possibly some potted herbs or farm fresh local eggs! Be a part of the new crops that we'll be planting for early spring options. Help us choose the next best thing in local produce! Our Summer Share runs from July 14-September 1 and you receive a wide variety of produce from our summer crops A share is picked up each week.
