100% Pastured Heritage breed Suffolk lamb, Hereford/Belted Galloway beef, Duroc/Yorkshire pork and meat chickens! All USDA inspected, dry-aged, vacuum sealed and frozen. If you are someone who cares both about the quality of meat that you place on your table, the ranches that raise those animals as well as your money, consider joining a CSA! By eliminating all of the middle people between the farmer and you we are able to make a living wage and offer you the most delectable and healthy meats that are available- locally! You will receive about 1/2 higher end cuts such as steak, chops, racks, loin and rib roasts as well as 1/2 of cuts such as ground, stew, sausage and bone-in roasts. All shares are shipped to your door! To lower carbon emissions of having each member of our CSA pick up there shares we ship out allmost all of our boxes to your address. We will ship our shares to most states in the Eastern US.

Meat that is worthy to grace any table, made affordable so it can. We raise 100% Pastured Heritage breed Hereford/Belted Galloway Beef, Suffolk lamb and Duroc/Yorkshire pigs. They have over 400 acres of organically fertilized lush native grass stands to roam as they please. Our meat is lean and tender with a wonderful flavor that can be cooked and eaten as is or marinated with your special recipe. This lamb, beef and pork is not grown in some nebulous location or in a foreign country being fed who knows what but right here in your own backyard by people who eat what they raise. 8 O'clock Ranch is a family owned and operated ranch located in the beautiful St. Lawrence River valley. Our goal is customer loyalty, we want repeat satisfied patrons who love our lamb, beef and pork as much as we do! We offer our meat by the cut, by the whole or half and in our Meat CSA.

- Full Share: From $360 to $500 for a 3 month season ( 20 lbs of meat a month for 3 months for a total of 60lbs of meat.) We also offer 6 and 12 month seasons.
- 1/2 Share: From $190 to $265 for a 3 month season ( 10 lbs of meat a month for 3 months for a total of 30 lbs of meat.) We also offer 6 and 12 month seasons.
