Description
3 Acre Farm
Seasonal produce picked within 24 hours of pick-up. Straight from the dirt you see in the garden when you come to pick up your box.Couldn't get much fresher unless you were growing it yourself (and I would love to help you with that!)
3 Acre Farm, just south-west of Turlock, is on 3 acres of rich sandy loam soil. Transitioning to organic and perma-cultural farming practices to grow a variety of vegetables, fruits, flowers, and other farm products the farm is slowly growing. Management of the 3 acres includes integrated pest management and weed management using chickens, heritage turkeys, sheep, goats, and donkeys. The goal: to provide a local source of high quality and specialty farm products for local community members. At this time; Please call ahead, eggs (from very free ranging hens in a flock with roosters) are now available on site. The eggs are $3.00/dozen. The hens are enjoying a feast of worms, bugs, greens, and grubs
